Ambasz creams are made by hand. Their base is an organic cream base, made from a blend of the best quality vegetable oils and unrefined beeswax, natural plant-based emulsifiers and stabilizers, and a small amount of harmless preservative, benzyl alcohol, which is a naturally occurring substance and is also present in essential oils. It is added in small amounts because essential oils themselves are very effective preservatives. Virtually every oil exhibits bactericidal, antiviral and antifungal properties, and when used in synergistic blends, they guarantee that no strain of bacteria, fungi or type of virus will appear in the product. Suffice it to mention that, for example, melissa oil has antibacterial properties several hundred times stronger than penicillin.

The most important ingredients in the creams, as in other Ambasz products, are high-quality 100% natural essential oils with therapeutic properties, acquired from a reliable, quality-guaranteed source. Each of our products contains several to a dozen of them, as they complement each other, thus giving a better therapeutic effect. Each oil is a very complex substance (it contains up to several hundred chemicals) with a complex action targeting a whole range of skin problems and more, so the oils are repeated in various combinations designed to emphasize and enhance their specific action according to the purpose of the cream.

In addition, antioxidants such as natural vitamin E and C not only nurture the skin, but also ensure the longevity and the safety of the product. Ambasz creams are enriched with cold-added, unique oils from medicinal herbs and seeds, cold-pressed unrefined vegetable oils, hydrolats (nourishing liquids created during the distillation of essential oils), vitamins and antioxidants of natural origin, and herbal extracts. Since they are not heated but added cold, these components do not lose their nutritional properties - all the valuable vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and other substances they contain remain active and can be transported deep into our skin with the help of superbly penetrating essential oils. Essential oils are the only substances known in cosmetics able to permeate all layers of the skin.

It is worth mentioning here what organic cosmetics are. Organic cosmetics, just like ecological cosmetics, must not contain synthetic ingredients - there are exceptions, and in such a case it is the certification body (such as Ecocert) that may allow a small amount of them. However, unlike natural cosmetics, organic cosmetics, also called bio, should be made from at least 95% natural ingredients of organic origin - so, for example, from controlled organic cultivation. Unlike organic, natural cosmetics are those preparations that have been made from ingredients of plant, mineral or marine origin and have not been processed together with synthetic chemical products. However, this does not mean that such products do not have synthetics in them! Those may be the base of the product. They may also have preservatives that ensure that the products do not age too quickly.
